2013.8.9 推薦分數:★★★ 某天意外看到"霸子"的壽司文,身為日本料理控的我不免要把這間店偷偷記起來。沒想到幾天後恰巧跟幾個瘋子一同衝中橫,可是到了谷關得知後面路斷了(其實路上就有告示但都裝作沒看到,這就叫做白目),所以就默默回頭到台中享用我愛的日本料理(立花壽司)! 店內約20幾個位置不算多,一到用餐時間客滿當然不用說。 就是要指定吧檯!原本好像要給我們桌子似的(?)MENU 立花壽司的價位跟一般的日本料理差10摳左右(便宜)。這都是MENU上沒有的握壽司。那隻小烏龜畫的挺有特色,但我剛開始完全看不懂,想說到底是甚麼小島的胭脂蝦啊!中規中矩的擺設。店員極力推薦牡蠣(生蠔)但小的怕腥味直接否決! 瞥見邪惡的鮭魚肚當然要點上一貫。 綜合生魚片NT200。鮪魚、鮭魚、旗魚(三色生魚片)。 自從厭倦三色生魚片在嘴裡像咀嚼口香糖的感覺就換成吃炙燒握壽司,也漸漸愛上這種料理方式。每訪日本料理必吃,炙燒比目魚側緣、炙燒鮭魚肚、玉子燒(視情況)。除非有價位讓我的牙齒咬到舌頭無法言語...炙燒比目魚側緣握NT60(一貫)。用餐結束後跟師傅聊了一會,也分享我用餐的感覺!明白的表示這貫炙

炙燒比目魚側緣握NT60(一貫)。用餐結束後跟師傅聊了一會,也分享我用餐的感覺!明白的表示這貫炙燒比目魚側緣握有點失敗,炙燒的時間不足導致比目魚入口即化那種屢試不爽的感覺沒了,說真的還挺失望的畢竟看了"霸子哥哥"的文章追隨而來!師傅也表示會稍作改變,非常期待下訪的表現。

花枝NT25、黑豆軍艦壽司NT15。花枝握送上後OS一下,點炙燒的不是比較划算上頭還有蝦卵耶!黑豆弄得太甜不推,而且上面只放幾個黑豆讓我感覺有些小氣。

胭脂蝦要價NT170不是沒有原因的,蝦子好大一尾壯碩的身體卻帶著細嫩的肉質!上面的蝦卵給的毫不手軟,胭脂蝦有經過料理不用沾醬油或是芥末就可以吃。
