應joyce邀請(IG follow多年)~順道台中一日連三,吃好吃滿😇,午餐吃了元紀(眾人皆高評價)、宵夜場則再訪鳥苑探望一下chef Tommy~👀店主"大為"早年待過千壽,曾與後來的足立壽司親方Adachi桑一同共事,經多年的創業歷練後才成立鮨多芽,過去知曉台中較高端的日料..尚需時間發展,otame也算是近期開出的第一槍,當日後半的亮皮魚連發很精彩,是一個蠻好的鋪陳。(晚餐4.7k,約20道,帶了一支四季香檳,大為說店內也有選用同一款搭餐~巧)(真鯛湯霜/水果醋凍/青海苔)(松葉蟹腳/蟹膏,脆口入味的滷花生很好吃,可以續)(軟絲海膽,赤海膽+松露鹽,將夏威夷豆刨絲,微微的油質與香氣搭佐~蠻有趣)(疣鯛握,台灣肉鯽仔,魚料採用台日兩方,日本居多)赤身北海道石垣貝中腹蛇腹,赤醋飯的調配,在後段亮皮魚連發時更彰顯匹配感(烤白鰻/金時地瓜/南高梅醬)北寄貝黃雞魚白魽甜蝦,開背兩尾剖疊柿種米果炸燉煮南非鮑/烤澎湖紫菜酥,因只收洗杯費,雖然以壽司為主,但我感覺熟食酒肴若能持續精進,對自備酒的體驗想必更加分!鹿兒島沙丁魚,處理得很好,我很喜歡吃亮皮魚,但對於氣味也是有一定的敏感度,接下來的幾
