照片記錄:四人6,000。今年到板橋吃飯的次數難得提升(高鐵還是挺快的),可惜這次的望月樓並不如己意,猜測可能和太晚過來有關(19:30才開始出餐),菜的質感稍粗且溫度不太ok,涼菜的柚子片皮手撕雞最好吃,戰斧豬可能不太適合做燒味?😐乾瘦的比例太高,雖然真的蠻特色。(依上菜順序排列,第一道是松露帶子炒鮮奶)🤔(鴨肝炒蠔鬆,兩種味道併起來是合拍的,亦適合搭酒)(鐵觀音煙燻白鯧,偏鹹適合搭酒)(鮮蟹肉琵琶豆腐,吃過謝文師傅的琵琶燕之後...這道的順序應該在前面比較合適)(柚子片皮手撕雞,撕得較大塊,肉有彈性也頗滑,片皮香香脆脆已去油冷吃很可以,這道應該在前面上吧~)(老火例湯)(蜜汁戰斧豬排)😓(太子蟹肉蛋白炒飯,含油量、米粒口感還ok)(M&Co抹茶巴斯克救援)🤣
