晚上在金山入住溫泉旅館前,先到附近的活三鮮餐廳吃飯,當晚飄著小雨仍有空位,幾桌客人裝扮居家像是在地人來吃飯的,11月底外頭水族箱仍滿滿的三點蟹、花蟹,肚子壓一壓很飽滿。 裡頭還有一隻花蟹大公,太大隻了我倆無法,接待的小弟貌似幾分泛舟哥的fu,應該是在家幫忙的,花蟹中隻的清蒸(說不會做蒸蛋讓我有點驚訝..),大隻的三點蟹則做煙燻乾燒,乾燒是這裡的招牌做法,價格比時價一兩35元會再多個5元。點了幾樣炒菜,海瓜子、鹹蛋苦瓜、韭菜花蝦仁、薑爆小卷,韭菜花蝦仁較不優,其他則不壞,鹹蛋苦瓜入味,苦瓜火候有透、保留著微脆,小弟說薑爆小卷是招牌菜,果然還不錯吃,小卷富有彈性不硬韌,薑燒把香氣嗆入,調味少鹹而具有鮮美度。所謂煙燻乾燒,是蓋上鍋蓋以少許水去蒸燒的,不是使用木材的燻味,三點蟹底部會有些焦黑,說這做法會使得鮮甜味更加緊縮,覺得還行,蟹肉蠻富足的。花蟹單純蒸過就很清甜了,熟度恰好,雖然沒有到炸開來的甜度,但也ok了,不壞的一餐,結帳1,850元,沒吃飯麵卻也飽足爽快。 continue reading
