2016.01.02宴。江浙餐廳其實我對於江浙菜一點都不陌生因為我們家的後廚房就是以江浙菜出名的老正興老一輩的高雄人大概對老正興這家餐廳不陌生而今天則是要去由白金漢飯店翻新後的wo吃宴·江浙菜等很久一次就上了10幾道菜出菜順序詭異不過說實在的餐點好吃等久點也值得如果有機會還是會再來燈光忽明忽暗捉摸不定的光線肉眼無法辨識實數難拍(請忽略今天難以掌控的光源)$299鐵板牛柳則略顯普通和一般快炒店無異雖然口感不差$70Scallion Pancakes來之前已經爬過不少人的文章發現每個人來都會點上一份蔥油餅蔥油餅強調的是餅皮的酥脆與蔥的鮮度餅皮煎的相當酥脆略帶點厚度一口咬下蔥的鮮甜飄散開來$389Eel Slices in Shu-Jou Style鱔魚對於我來說是來江浙餐廳必點的菜色之一鱔魚一端上來立刻淋上一壺熱油待攪拌均勻變可享用$299Pork Ribs with Orange Sauce橙汁排骨附有咬勁卻又不失軟嫩伴隨著橙汁的香甜$159Fried Vegetable Rice Shanghai Style上海菜飯均勻伴炒每一口都嚐的到蔬菜的脆甜$289Seafood with Ri

麵條吸附著飽滿的湯頭雖然軟嫩卻仍然保有麵條本身的彈性
應該和砂鍋醃鮮是同樣湯頭不過因為麵條的關係所以喝起來會有種勾芡的feel比較粘稠
蛤蜊超大顆飽滿而且很新鮮
