2016.6.16 推薦分數:★★★Canon6D+Canon24-105mm打從日本回來後,就想找間日料店吃壽司,解解饞過癮一下,住在高雄的友人推薦全壽司,中午賣套餐定食,晚上則是Omakase。這天傍晚五點半左右就到了,在附近繞了幾圈找車位,若門口無法停車,可以開到自由二路,那邊還不少停車格。全部皆為板前座位,整體空間稍微擁擠,不過用餐下來還算舒適。中餐定食有六款,晚餐提供880元、1280元及1680元三種不同價位的無菜單料理。初乍到來,1280元套餐是不錯的選擇。外場侍者會時常巡視客人杯中的熱麥茶。芥末、壽司薑、漬大根。黃金筍這道料理以涼筍方式呈現,煮熟後冰鎮的筍子更顯甜、脆,加入蝦卵及少量美乃滋,清涼開胃。鮭魚卵山藥細麵牛蒡絲手捲牛蒡炸得酥脆且不油膩,其中加入蘋果,使得手捲吃起來更清爽。干貝海膽握縞鯵握用柚子胡椒提味,帶出白魚肉的甜味。鮭魚親子切肚肉部分,油花特別肥美。海膽握選用北海道銀次郎白海膽,口感冰鮮,吃起來濃郁且甜。炙燒海鱺握灑上少許鹽岩,表面輕微燒過,油脂頗豐,入口油順。炙燒青花魚握炙燒緣側佐明太子握燒過的緣側入口即化,搭上明太子些微的辛辣,真想來杯啤酒。烤午仔魚魚
