Introduction
頭前園更為人稱道的是老闆精心研發的泥山火雞，以泥火山泥漿包裹放山土雞，再以慢火細烤3小時，由於泥漿優良的包覆性，完整保留土雞鮮甜滋味。食用前以木槌敲碎泥漿，增添不少樂趣。另一特色料理是燻羊肉，採用田寮所產黑山羊，沒有令人畏懼的羶腥味，火候適中的料理徹底展現羊肉的鮮嫰。土雞城也有不同人數組合之合菜料理供遊客選擇。 continue reading
