好不容易等到換季菜單就來試下,這季套餐內容整體更加平衡,特愛伊善溫拌菇菇鴨與糯米的組合,真是舒爽夠味,最後的咖農推(Khanom thuai)一甜一鹹也真的舒心,吃完許願要一天炒菜局,我曉得阿高獨自弄炒菜類出餐得要想想,但又真的好吃(從上次的pad thai日就曉得了),所以很快就有了五訪的特殊日。四訪,目前的常規菜單,這次吃完等換季青焦辣椒醬與脆豬皮,醬汁豬皮可續,重點醬汁帶有青辣椒清新的辛香味女婿蛋,缺點~只有半顆,阿高說怕客人後面吃不下,我本來半信半疑,但到後面糯米一下肚就真的飽,希望以後出些類似這種菜可單點下酒伊善溫拌菇菇鴨,將鴨皮爆出油之後用鴨油炒鴨肉,加入鴨肝增加濃郁,灑上脆脆的鴨皮就是鴨版的豬油粕仔,這道是來自東北菜的碎肉沙拉、鹹香夠味,與略甜的糯米飯是絕配沙嗲豬肉與烤土司,用台灣豬算是口感升級,朋友奧大說這醬汁調得很好吃,的確不是無聊的味道呵呵酸辣雞湯,湯是不錯,但階段加入調味的儀式感可能造成溫度下滑的疑慮,也許未來可再思考~~咖農推,用椰奶和米漿做的街頭傳統甜點,甜鹹一對五訪,炒菜特殊日,這天結束阿高又飛去泰國10幾天了這場為了解決人手問題,採用半成品重新回鍋的方式,
