照片記錄:兩人約3.5k。難有記憶點,也沒有不好,有兩三道其實還ok,菜式包裝出視覺效果但味道如果沒有相映,就會讓整體吃下來有點boring了,因為本質沒什麼變化,保守平板~要嘛可以大膽一點~(比如中壢的TOBU 飛ぶ)此行收穫是初訪隔壁的sake&me新竹店,發現和台北店..這兩位的服務都很優。🤣(點Coedo白)(胭脂蝦小塔/漬甜椒,流行的開胃菜形式)👌(炸壽司,中間秋刀魚甘露煮比例略少)(炸日本圓茄/ricotta,口感ok不錯吃~常見的味道調配~)🙂(牛肋條串,低溫烹調感太重,that's all..)😓(炙烤透抽,搭檸汁與蘿勒為主的sauce,沒有不好~感覺可以構思更有特色)(山椒拌麵/煎雞腿排,是弄得不錯的直球料理)👌(鰻魚炊飯,海膽品質是好的,鰻魚...這價位我會留著吃魚庄)😓(同場加映: Westwood,新竹的餐廳需要多一點競爭進駐)  (Panipuri/白蝦甜椒/ricotta/山蘿蔔葉)🙂(西班牙生火腿/甜柿/無花果/榛果/桑葚汁)😊(炙烤午仔/豆豉酸豆奶油醬)👌(韓式辣醬風味烤牛小排/自製泡菜青龍椒/奶油萵苣)😋(紅醬生火腿手桿pizza/mozzarella
