這天炙陽高照,讓人懶於出門覓食,索性就近買點小吃當午餐。首先來到的是素負盛名炸蛋蔥油餅。抵達便見排隊人潮,幸好店家手腳算快,以這般客潮還不算久候。蔥油餅加蛋每份三十元。炸蛋蔥油餅是以半煎炸的方式來製作,餅身酥脆不油很好,但也失去了麵餅該有的麵香和蔥香,屬強調口感的蔥油餅類型。雞蛋弄成了半熟,這帶點溼潤的濃郁,搭配餅身剛好有些平衡效果。炸蛋蔥油餅並不讓人驚豔,只是跟外縣市吃到的仿炸蛋蔥油餅相比,表現還是稍微好些。
