宜蘭礁溪吃蝦咪>我想大家第一直覺應該就是甕窯雞吧這間古早製法X嚴選本土放山雞X選用龍眼木獨特香氣而非木炭燒成 店家大方的提供筍子湯喝到飽.淡淡雞骨的香氣.卻不油膩 招牌甕窯雞650/隻 金黃上色.感受不出油光.是金黃雞皮搭配上頭粗顆粒的胡椒一個大盤子裝這一隻金黃甕窯雞..說真的不識很大隻..有點貴即便如此..還是必點 專業的手扒雞裝備.這樣才不燙手..還能一邊噴出雞汁 雞皮是精華喔...不容錯過 即便不適腿肉...吃來也跟腿肉一樣嫩而不柴神奇的是沾上雞油一點都不油膩.是香噴噴除了甕窯雞.當然還要搭配一點配菜比較有膨湃感黃金蛋.不雷但不驚喜 涼拌山菜(過貓).夏日風味 龍鬚菜..可惜是川燙淋上肉汁.也是清淡 個人很喜歡桂竹筍.相當嫩.份量也很多.不知道為何.感覺吃甕窯雞就一定要點上一份桂竹筍1500左右可以讓4人左右吃很飽..單價不高.算是來到宜蘭礁溪必吃美食
