〝陳記甕缸雞鄉土料理〞位於紫南宮鄰近道路上(有附停車場) 餐廳內大約有20多桌,也很適合團體聚餐~ ↑碗筷自助區 ↑一旁還提供塑膠袋,客人如果吃不完可自行打包~ ↑菜單可單點,也有店家搭配好的經濟合菜可選 來〝陳記甕缸雞鄉土料理〞當然要點主菜〈甕缸雞〉來吃~陳記甕缸雞是整隻雞直接送上桌,霸氣十足附上兩層手套,讓客人體驗親自手扒的樂趣而且這樣也有一點好處可以讓雞肉更保留住原汁,肉質亦不會乾澀 〝陳記甕缸雞〞入甕前,先以獨家配置的中藥及香料進行醃製入甕後,再以龍眼木燻烤 ↑油油亮亮的,雞皮燻烤的非常酥脆 附上兩種沾料~雞油、胡椒鹽 甕缸雞沾兩種沾料都相當好吃,各有不同風味 ↑沾雞油來吃,多一股香味,跟雞肉超絕配,香滑、軟嫩、順口 ↑沾胡椒鹽來吃,鹹香口感,挺下飯 〈鼓椒小排〉 特制醬加了豆豉拌炒嫩煎豬小排,很特別的一道料理 豬小排肉質滑嫩,拌炒醬料不會過鹹,單吃拌飯皆宜 〈金華響鈴酥〉 主食材是金華火腿肉切碎和香菜料,包裹油炸,外皮酥脆 一菜兩吃,另一吃法可以包著旁邊的苜蓿芽及小豆苗再沾蜂蜜一起入口 豐富的口感令人回味,這是一道成功的創意菜 〈龍鬚菜〉 嫩莖嫩葉,清脆
