朋友Henry住附近，店剛開的時候他就極力推薦小涼院霜淇淋。這裡的食材用料都很用心準備，我也覺得這裡的霜淇淋一吃就會喜歡。My good friend Henry recommended Hsiao Liang Yuan soft serve to me when the shop newly opened, and I like their soft serve too! 第一次來吃的是焙茶口味，用上京都焙茶，炭焙香突出而味甘。淋上的茉莉花蜜釀是他們自己煮的，跟焙茶味道配搭得宜，豐富了焙茶的味道。Hojicha flavor with their house made Jasmine honey. Flavorful and rich hojicha aroma and pleasant sweetness from honey.
紅心芭樂是在礁溪出產的，霜淇淋中加了一點點的海鹽，緩緩透出芭樂特有的香甜。旁蜂蜜萊姆漬的芭樂片，清爽好吃。Light and aromatic pink guava flavor. Pink guava is from Jiaoxi, Yilan, besides it has pink guava slice soaked with honey lemon.
愛文芒果，用上在欉紅芒果製作，融入moscato的花香與荔枝香，再加上檸檬汁，酸酸甜甜的夏天吃很適合。芒果肉非常甜，我很喜歡。Aiwen mango with moscato white wine, lemon juice and lychee, tasty to eat during summer. I love the mango dices, very sweet.
柿子口味的霜淇淋，配上甜柿果泥與太妃糖醬，愛吃柿子的我對這口味印象深刻。Persimmon flavor, with mashed persimmon and toffee sauce, seldom try this flavors outside, usually they make this flavor during autumn time.
火龍果雪酪，火龍果選用拿過神農奬的，配上金奇異果，還有加州酪梨，特別的配搭，也好吃。Dragonfruit sorbet with golden kiwi and avocado, fresh and light flavor.
