
在的一直都是人氣十分高的咖啡店,甜點、蛋糕跟飲料都做得好。前後其實已經來了四次,是最近在整理照片才發現我還沒有寫過,不過這樣也好,兩年前到這到現在評價還是維持得好,那就值得介紹一下。visited Afterhours Cafe 4 times already, it’s a cafe shop with nice desserts and drinks at Minseng Community, Taipei.

這裡是不給拍環境照的,為了不讓店主做成困擾,我也沒有拍,只拍了黑板上的餐單給自己做寫文章參考跟店外 (但這張是在facebook的照片,本身拍的店外照不見了)。裡面是木桌椅,富有文青氣息。No photos allowed but we can take the food pictures.

兩款巧克力飲品,我們都點冰的。巧克力的味道很濃,小朋友巧克力牛奶不會說太甜,兩款飲料的比例亦剛好,焦糖香蕉很好吃因為焦糖做得又薄又脆。Recommend their chocolate drinks and coffee, rich chocolate flavor and aromatic coffee scent.

他們的抹茶和牛奶的比例應該是各佔一半一半,我個人是比較喜歡抹茶比例佔較重的,這裏的味道比較溫和,抹茶的甘味不算太突出。The matcha taste is not the strong one, balanced portion with milk.

記得第一次吃這個吐司做得好,因為那時吃到的香蕉有很香的奶油味,吐司本身亦煎得外脆內軟。但最近一次點這個品質退步了,香蕉沒有了奶油香,吐司外面得不夠香脆,有點失望。This toast used to be my favorite because the banana slices had aroma from butter, toast was crispy and fluffy inside. However, the one I tried at my last visit was not as good as before, banana slices didn’t have buttery scent, and the toast was not crispy enough. A bit disappointed.

焦糖戚風則能維持一貫水準,蛋糕鬆軟,上面的焦糖和鮮奶油非常可口。I like the caramel crunch and the fluffy chiffon cake.

能吸引我到這裏是因為這個太妃糖香蕉塔,是我最喜歡的一道甜點。因為他們的太妃糖做得非常香濃細緻,配以香蕉和上面的鮮奶油真的很好吃,尤其是還有海鹽一絲絲的鹹味配太妃糖,吃起來就是美味的海鹽焦糖味道。this banoffee pie is the reason that made me revisit again and again. Their toffee sauce is smooth and flavorful, tasty to eat with banana and the cream.
