這裏的大廚是有到過法國學做甜點，所以甜點都以法式加上自己的創作為主。可能店位於板橋，售價不貴，最貴的一款150元台幣已經有了。The chef learnt doing pastry in France before. The desserts here are mainly in French style with his own creations. Prices are quite cheap, the most expensive one is 150NT.
Their limited edition. They change their limited desserts randomly. This “little secret time" cake roll is made with Nagoya miso, Canada maple syrup and vanilla. The saltiness from miso raise the aroma of maple syrup and vanilla fresh cream.
I always love lemon tarts, tried the Lemon tart here and I admire the technique the chef has for making desserts. Adequate sourness of the lemon custard, and the tart is thin but it’s totally fit to eat with lemon custards together.
I have tried the “Tarte Tatin" before, but last time it’s take away and the presentation was not good, so I came here again to take the picture and tried this again. Apple is cooked and stewed in caramel, very soft texture with flavorful caramel scent. Above the apple is mascarpone cream, inside the tart it has mango and passion fruit mousse. Skillful and tasty dessert, recommend this if you go visit.
