The appetizer, torched mashed potato with mayonnaise, arrived cold due to extended table placement, resulting in an ordinary taste.

For seafood, there's fish, prawns, and abalone. The prawns are tasty, but the fish lacks flavor. The abalone is heavily covered in truffle sauce, masking its original freshness 😕.

The Wagyu beef was also relatively disappointing, lacking the expected aroma ☹️.

The dessert, yuzu shaved ice, was delicious!

💬 Overall dining experience was somewhat disappointing. Teppanyaki is meant to highlight the natural flavors of ingredients, but none of the dishes achieved this. The overall taste was quite ordinary 😔.
