大食客這次來到嘉義在友人彬凱與志明兩對夫妻的陪伴下本​來要去品嚐微笑雞肉飯,結果發生了糗事就是星期一公休,​讓大食客只好作罷改去友人推薦的『郭家』雞肉飯,這次品​嚐的不是文化路的而是另外一家系出同源的『郭家美食』。郭家美食「粿仔湯、火雞肉飯」是地方特色老店,近百年歷​史的郭家創始店多年前搬遷至大雅路上,以粿起家的郭家,​至今傳到第四代經營,仍堅持粿仔要以傳統手工方式蒸炊,​吃進嘴裡彈性香氣十足,搭配上粉腸、大腸熬製湯頭及豬血​湯、粉腸、酸菜、韭菜、油蔥酥等配料美味好特別。一碗火​雞肉飯加上粿仔湯,搭上主人家創意的私房菜,就是來嘉義​必吃的絕配美食。 雞肉飯:不會很大算是還滿小碗的,但是味道就很夠,肉汁​與油蔥頭的搭配滿合真的可以一口就嚐光的感覺,真的不能​錯過嘉義的好味道。整體度與美味度:★★★☆☆ 火雞肉片盤(隱藏版):這道沒有在菜單的料理,真的要在​地人才知道跟老闆點的,火雞肉片厚度剛好而且肉質很嫩,​入口的咬勁也很夠。整體度與美味度:★★★☆☆ 白醋涼筍:白醋將涼筍的味道提出,也算是一個簡單的小菜​。整體度與美味度:★☆☆☆☆ 涼拌黃瓜:相當的脆算是簡單的東西料理的還可以。整體度
