返回高雄前,路過度小月的旗艦店,友人來到台南還未試吃度小月,所以晚餐就在這裡吃。旗艦店比老店要大一些,座位也較為舒適。友人點了擔仔麵($50),本牛點了肉燥飯($35),肉燥肥瘦比例好,很香,飯是珍珠米,很香糯。地瓜葉($120)算是嫩,用蒜片炒很香,可惜有點太油。酥炸芙蓉豆腐($150) 豆腐炸得外脆內嫩,充滿豆香,撒上一點鹽和沾一點喼汁,很美味。清炒露筍($160),鮮露筍配彩椒和鮮百合同炒,既爽脆又清新甜美。…Read More

到蝸牛巷拍照後,已是3點多了,接著就開始到花見抹茶甘味處吃雜誌推介的柴犬刨冰。今年的天氣真的很熱,10月尾,還是穿短袖,日間太陽下室外走一下,還是會流汗。走了大約10分鐘,到步了,吃今天的第6餐。點餐後,我們到2樓找位置坐,2樓的佈置非常日式,我們坐了近牆邊的座位,哈哈,櫃上還放了幾隻柴犬毛公仔呢 ! 點柴犬刨冰是需要等30分鐘的,所以我們就先倒了2杯餐廳提供的冰水,拍拍照。30分鐘後,所點的焙茶犬上枱了! 嘩!真的很大碗而且像真店十足,棉花糖做的眉、黑豆眼睛、西梅鼻子…真的令人捨不得吃掉呢!除了一大碗刨冰,還附有一杯熱的焙茶和一碗粉圓,粉圓QQ的,不太甜,還帶有淡淡的抹茶、黑糖等不同的口味。刨冰有香濃的焙茶味道,內裡還有珍珠、西米等,令整體的口感非常好,咬下不只是冰,溶掉後還有咬口。這隻焙茶柴真的大隻呢,我們兩經過20分鐘的努力,還只能吃掉1半多一點點,建議3-4位好友一起去品嚐呢! …Read More

如果吞一啖食物就是一餐,這天的蝸阿牛尋找台南蝸牛巷之旅就吃了N餐。由7點在高雄旅館的清粥小菜早餐,到在奇美博物館的果汁和檸檬塔,到林百貨的豆花和包子,還有在路上的波霸燒餅,到接著的度小月老店擔仔麵已是當日的第5餐了。店子就在林百貨的對面,所以就去試一下,下午近2點鐘的一餐,2個人只點了1顆貢丸、1碗擔仔麵、1碗擔仔麵米粉和一罐可樂。我們坐在樓上靠邊的位置,坐的是木矮凳子,很有風味呢 !點菜5分鐘不到,熱騰騰的食物就全上枱了。米粉麵對於我們香港人來說有點特別,麵條和米粉都很爽滑,不同的粗幼、麥香和米香,一下子充滿了口腔。湯頭清甜,肉燥肥瘦配搭得宜,整碗也很美味。貢丸有冬菇香,有卥水的香鮮而不太咸,而且很Q彈。不消15分鐘,我們倆就把食物吃完,繼續出發去蝸牛巷了。…Read More

再次來到高雄,再次住在六合二路上的旅店,一覺醒來已近中午了,走到街上看到一位叔叔在店外用一排幾個小煲子煮麵,只見他熟練打開麵條的包裝,加湯加配料,幾個煲子同時開動,一碗碗的麵就煮好了﹐原來這家就是美亞迪鍋燒意麵店舖有兩層,地下較細只有2排座位,2樓較大,有約10張枱。在地下點了一碗鍋燒意麵,走到2樓坐了下來,約10分鐘,意麵就從送食物的升降機由地下送到2樓,再由侍應妹妹送餐。最初以為意麵就是意大利粉,原來意麵更像香港的福字即食麵,不過更粗一點,口感也較福字即食麵更Q糯。麵的份量不多,但配料豐富,有帶殼蝦4隻、肉片、肉丸和蜆肉等,湯頭有海鮮的鮮甜味道。最特別的是會隨托盤附上一個用環保紙摺成的紙碗,用來放蝦殼和蜆殼。…Read More
