    因民族路臭豆腐食記而接獲龍岡老爹情報，鄰近小吃店眾多，著實一級戰區。    店家僅賣臭豆腐，一份五塊，價格為六十五元。    臭豆腐上桌時沒什麼膨度，然而表皮夠酥且不嗑嘴，內裡也很溼潤，只是這沒膨開的紮實口感，自己有些吃不慣。泡菜偏酸，這酸度凌駕醬料，成為滋味主體，即便加蒜泥和辣椒也無法搶戲。    這裡的臭豆腐滋味與個人喜好有別，然網路評論好評甚眾，用餐期間客潮亦不曾停歇，建議還是親身一試。跟臭豆腐比較起來，老闆的親切態度讓我印象更深。 continue reading
