    平鎮民族路這處轉角,原來是家傳統小吃店。曾幾何時歇業了,變成這家虱目魚專賣店。    店家菜單漾著濃濃的南部味道,讓人忍不住把懷念的料理都點上一輪。招牌魚蓋飯 70元  肉燥飯 30元    魚蓋飯是用滷魚皮切條,再灑上蔥花及些許辣椒。滷汁清爽無負擔,滷魚皮彈嫩。    個人偏好較重口的肉燥飯。肉燥是彈嫩無膩的肥肉丁,醬汁鹹甘適中,少點膠質黏唇感。米飯煮得不錯。皮丸湯 130元  筍乾 30元    皮丸湯是兩大塊魚皮、兩種丸子及些許小白菜和油條,再加入薑絲和蒜酥提味。湯頭對我而言清淡些。魚皮新鮮無腥土味;兩種丸子口感彈實,滋味倒不突出。    筍乾爽脆夠味無酸嗆,不會太油膩。煎魚肚 130元  煎魚腸 80元    煎魚肚煎得較乾硬,魚皮酥脆感沒出來,魚肚肥嫩可口。油鹽不重,椒鹽也灑得輕手。    魚腸煎得乾爽帶脆,微苦但可接受。或怕太油膩而將油脂都剔除了,因此少些魚脂香。滷蛋 15元  滷丸 10元  油條 20元    滷蛋蛋香挺好,可惜沒入味。滷丸是用小丸子,不是預期的貢丸。    油條軟韌,非老油條脆口路線。澆淋上肉燥醬汁後,便成下飯小品。    以個人喜好來說,滷肉飯最推薦,煎魚腸可試試,整體無雷。 continue reading
