大溪離家甚遠，沒什麼機會出清這裡的早餐情報。這天剛好有事一早到大溪，立刻啟動探險模式。 首先來到在新興街上，雖無店名但多被稱做崎頂小籠包的店家。小籠包一顆七元，要了兩個淺嚐。 小籠包麵皮厚度剛好，雖薄卻很有勁道。內餡飽滿度平平，絞肉球調味足，肉汁量不多。整體而言沒有特別驚豔。 continue reading
