終於要煎伊比利豬了這是大里脊，依照我的經驗，煎過頭會很，難，吃，所以我要求要七八分熟，果然多汁伊比利豬松版肉熟一點才好吃這是肋眼蓋，煎到表面稍微焦脆最棒蛋糕與水果竟然還有伴手禮呢，伊比利豬 Chorizo ！
