耳聞小酌之家的大名已久。就找了機會跟友人們來訪。小酌之家在亞都麗緻飯店附近,離捷運行天宮站走路可達,交通還算便利。 裡面的裝潢一般。座位並不是太多。建議一定要訂位。這天是呈現客滿的狀態。 菜色的數量沒有算太多。令人意外的是他們的合菜是真的都有招牌菜,不是一般中餐廳的合菜都拿喜酒等級的菜色濫竽充數。我們這天就是點$6,000的合菜,然後變動了一兩道而已。汆燙蝦$400(很新鮮,推!)蒜泥鮮蚵$280(蚵仔肥美,而且沒有裹粉,口感好,大推!)乾煸肥腸$320(是乾煸四季豆跟豆干和肥腸的組合。其實沒有太乾煸,不過也還不錯了,推) 鮑魚燉烏骨雞湯$2000(這是小酌之家的招牌菜,也是我們這次來的主要目標。印象中要提前預訂。湯帶著淡淡的中藥香,很清甜。裡面是烏骨雞,肉質Q彈。重點是裡面一堆九孔,差不多有10來顆,粒粒飽滿,口感佳,吃起來爽度超高!特推!) 烤軟絲$480(份量大,肉也夠厚,口感好。推!)杏鮑菇腰果$280(沒有太大的印象) 烤紅喉$1000(烤的火候算適中,不過並沒有太驚艷)小酌炒飯$240(印象中好吃,只是如果鑊氣足一點會更好,還是推)炒空心菜$120(還可以)烤鹹豬肉

這樣子9個人吃,平均每個人$660。

小酌之家給我的印象很好。對他們的鮑魚燉烏骨雞湯印象極為深刻,湯美肉鮮,而且一堆九孔實在是可以吃的很過癮,請客或外帶拿去轟趴會很有面子。

烤鹹豬肉跟軟絲也都很不錯,鮮蝦以及蒜泥鮮蚵也都有水準。以後必訪!
