近期人均1k出頭吃得最舒服的餐館,當天非常離譜,除了我們這桌外其他都No Show(聽說還有熟客),結果變相成為包場,老闆也就乾脆桌邊服務並閒聊起來,以這人均用的食材出乎意料不錯而且新鮮、份量實在,料理雖然稱不上有特別的地方,但火候皆一定水準,這種好店需要被愛護(應該要收取訂金)。(訂位時協商9k桌菜將干貝絲瓜蛤蜊、烤鹹豬肉更換為烤豬腳、炸花枝丸,其他又再加點)(鮑魚烏骨雞湯,招牌~確實不錯,有10顆)(蒜泥鮮蚵,蚵仔都很肥)(清蒸石老+魚香煎蛋,就是蒸魚汁煎蛋)(烤豬腳,滷汁先行浸泡入味的蹄膀,個人覺得必點)(香煎馬頭魚,表面脆度與熟度很好,肉細緻有甜,個人覺得必點,老闆閒閒沒事下手幫忙去骨...)(炸花枝丸,正常有料有品質的花枝丸,可以~)(乾扁肥腸,意外蠻推,大腸內油去得乾淨並炸出澎脆,無異味)(炸軟絲嘴,可遇不可求的隱藏菜,這比所謂龍珠的魷魚嘴嫩很多)(炸雞軟骨,高配版鹽酥雞)
