Not gonna explain my background on my culinary experience. I'd say I have had more than enough knowledge about high end restaurants in different countries. Hot pot in Taiwan, this won't be on my recommended list. 華而不實 is all I can say.You can charge a hefty price tag. But you better provide what the price tag reflects.Service is great and it's a nice place if you want a quiet environment for business dinner/first date. Otherwise don't bother and head to other alternatives in Taipei.
