日式Pancake近年真係十分流行,想食,又唔一定要去日本既,其實近近地既台灣,都有一間好高質既日式Pancake店架。講緊就係呢間caldo café,地點係好多旅客都會去既台北東區,認住佢呢個小女孩logo就唔會搵錯喇。Menu張圖已經好吸引,唔知實物係唔係一樣甘靚呢?咖朵熱蛋糕 台幣$240正係睇個樣已經覺得好鬆軟,好吸引呀~食落亦都無令我地失望,個面有少少脆,而入面就好軟熟,質感好綿密濕潤,完全唔會乾爭爭,加上蛋味幾濃,真係好食到會不自覺甘發出’嗯嗯’聲。而且呢到既hot cake入面落左ricotta cheese,其實我本人唔太好芝士,所以一開頭都怕會唔夾。但其實ricotta係d比較淡味既芝士,所以唔會搶左hot cake既味道,反而係帶黎一個好好既平衡,令個甜品唔會太膩,真係好聰明既做法。原味舒芙蕾(焦糖海鹽醬+芒果雪酪) 台幣$190除左hotcake之外,呢到既Soufflé都好出名。Soufflé表面好脆,而個心就好輕好滑,入口即化。原味更能食得出佢呢到用料靚唔靚,就好似岩岩既hotcake一樣,蛋香唔錯,另外vanilla味都好重,就算唔落糖都已經好好味~為番港

而且呢到既hot cake入面落左ricotta cheese,
其實我本人唔太好芝士,所以一開頭都怕會唔夾。
但其實ricotta係d比較淡味既芝士,
所以唔會搶左hot cake既味道,
反而係帶黎一個好好既平衡,令個甜品唔會太膩,
真係好聰明既做法。

為番港紙都係$50左右,仲要有個芒果雪葩,真係勁抵食呀!

熱水果茶 $180
水果茶味道偏甜左少少,
不過入面都真係幾多料,收貨啦~

因為係即叫即做既關係,所以大家都要比d耐性,
Hotcake同Soufflé都要等大概20-25分鐘先有得食架。
不過質素甘好,又甘抵食,等下都好值得。
大家如果去開台灣旅行,都可以去試一試呀!
