鼎泰豐真係好出名,勁多人食,之前食過係幾好食,今次好似冇印象中咁好食,仲多左遊客排隊,2點去到都要等40分鐘先入得,真係超人氣。🍴紹興醉雞 NT$350 (6/10)醉雞酒味都好濃,帶少少苦味,肉質比較紮實,ok 啦,冇特別好食。🍴小籠包 NT$125 5個 (7.5/10)個皮好薄,肉味都幾香,但個肉汁比較少,冇想像中咁好食?🍴蟹粉小籠包 NT$200 5個 (8/10)蟹粉小籠包好食過原味好多,有淡淡嘅蟹黃味,真心惹味好多!🍴黑松露小籠包 NT$90一隻 (5/10)黑松露味都好濃,惹菌味好出,黑松露同小籠包唔啱,個人覺得冇蟹粉咁好食。🍴蝦肉紅油抄手 NT$210 (6/10)辣辣地個辣油都幾香,個皮好薄,入邊係一粒粒蝦肉?正常,唔使特別叫。🍴排骨蛋炒飯 NT$280 (8/10)排骨蛋炒飯冇諗過咁好食,炒飯粒粒分明,好有蛋香味,濕度乾好排骨好鬆軟幾好食。推薦指數: 7.5/10小籠包同埋蛋炒飯都真係好好食,如果唔使等一個鐘頭以上都推薦嘅🙏🏻同埋佢真係平過香港食好多,每一間分店都有質素。
