生日這個週末,三月底的天氣轉暖,於是我想吃日本料理。我不喜歡與人擠,想想剛好大家怕輻射,應該不太敢吃日料,忙完也沒空訂位,就直接走進了許久沒去的魚道生料理。果然店裡面客人很少,我們大方的坐板前,技安師傅來打招呼鞠躬行禮。“店裡面的花又變了呢”我說 “蝴蝶蘭養得很好”碩大的白花蝴蝶蘭,白裡透紅技安師傅說 “先上個熱湯喝吧,暖暖胃”於是就上了杏鮑菇與魚肉的清湯不急不徐開始整理桌面佈置,擺上紫蘇花,自漬嫩薑與蘿蔔絲先附小碟,螢烏賊柔嫩我喜愛辛口的清酒,於是找了這款黑贊。魚道生很仔細的把酒放在冰裡面,配著專業清酒冷壺與花,整個一體搭配。綜合前菜盤,章魚菠菜,青醬蝦,鮑魚以及起司配香魚甘露煮炙烤金目鯛比目魚薄造,除了現磨山葵醬油以外,還上了一碟蔥花辣粉柚醋,我也覺得沾柚醋好吃!鮪魚肚的皮稍燙過,吃起來跟河豚皮類似,膠質的QQ口感微炙烤的沙鮻キス(鱚),肥美,沙鮻是鱚科 Sillaginidae 一種,大大小小大トロ,今天的很美,惜有少許筋 蝦夷法螺,脆爽微黏(待續,生日週忙喝酒呢~~)

我喜愛辛口的清酒,於是找了這款黑贊。魚道生很仔細的把酒放在冰裡面,配著專業清酒冷壺與花,整個一體搭配。
