許久前曾在四平商圈這一帶租房子

當然那時候的房東也是禁止咱房客報稅

報稅可以,加倍奉還這樣

住了幾年,知道四平小館,卻沒踏進去過

趁著大節日,與朋友一起在「四平小館 Sihping」相聚

各路好漢相會的時光,老蝦格外珍惜

Combo for four people, with 10% service fee. We people love to make our own special sauce especially when we enjoy hot pot. While in Rome, do as the Romans do. While in Taiwan, have hot pot, chicken pie, bubble tea as we do. lol

Meat with pickled cabbage hot pot. Shrimp, oyster, tofu, fish ball, vermicelli, pickled cabbage, and pork belly. Not that sour as you thought, please enjoy the little sour and sweet from veg.

四到六人,建議點小鍋就好

除非你們單點鍋,沒打算點其他招牌菜

以鍋豐盛的程度,加上四道菜

實在沒理由換大鍋XD…逼死誰啊

一開始問了老闆,酸菜不酸耶!

老闆緩緩加耐心解釋,每一缸味道都不同

還說,如果一吃酸到不行,那才要小心XD

四平小館酸菜鍋的酸菜是老闆親自醃製

大白菜、高粱酒,自然發酵的爽口

加入蝦、寬冬粉、蟹肉棒、牡蠣、凍豆腐、鴨血等

每一湯勺都是驚奇,吃鍋的樂趣就在此

究竟!會撈到甚麼呢?

大夥們吃得時候真的要小心,不能貪快

記得多喇賽兩句,保護你的口腔黏膜

他的酸度對我來說恰到好處,老蝦怕酸XD

溫醇的湯頭搭配吸飽了精華的凍豆腐

配什麼火鍋料、食材,都沒話說

大家立刻開始評比台北知名的幾家酸菜鍋

免不了有長白、台電大樓勵進等

一鍋四隻蝦,我覺得蝦不是這鍋的重點

三層白肉帶豬皮,少許的Q彈,帶一點點軟骨

有雙重口感,單吃的話帶少少酸菜香

沾醬,就更不用說囉!

招牌涼拌菜:白菜心切絲和香菜、花生米、豆干

其實他並沒有過多的調味,爽脆的口感是主軸

建議先從松柏開始吃起,再一路往下

Shandong roast chicken boneless.

類似山東燒雞的無骨版

帶皮的煙燻雞腿肉、蔥絲,口味濃好下飯

跟我在美國吃過大陸人做的燒雞相比,的確口味厚很多

朋友覺得有點太鹹囉

醬料滿滿的淋上軟絲切片,口感太軟

對我來說,五味軟絲的精髓在於軟絲本人

調味醬只是一個輔佐的功能

照理說單吃軟絲就要夠嗆才行

可惜,真的比較鹹口囉!

這頗辣的麻辣耳絲,還不錯吃

切得極薄豬耳朵,軟Q的口感讓人印象深刻

Water melon and dessert! Hot ice cream! Tasty, you should give it a try. Hot outside, cold sweet from stuffing.

西瓜的厚度,是我吃過所有餐廳裡最驚人…

至於什麼是火燒冰淇淋?

炸過的麵包內居然!是瑞士巧克力冰淇淋

溫熱的外殼,帶點點麵包香味

換成紅豆冰淇淋一定也很適合!

我只能說實在太銷魂了各位,這火燒冰淇淋,好吃
