因為是公司春酒的關係,所以我們沒有選用菜單上的菜色,而是以每人消費金額2200元的扣打交付店家總舖師們代為設計餐點~

保有牛舌一貫的薄脆口感!美中不足的是稍嫌偏生~~~ Even怕怕。海鮮清湯

湯頭清甜,海鮮的熟成度也恰到好處~~~ 嫩喔!明太子干貝佐魚子醬

ㄧ大盤肥滋滋的干貝送到料理台的當下,大家不禁「哇~~~」了幾聲~~~ 就差把口水滴下來了~~~

干貝在鐵板上嗶嗶啵啵曼妙地跳躍著~不一會兒功夫~

Oh My God!!! 干貝,您也太肥胖了吧~~~

讓我立馬把你3口做1口往嘴裡塞~~~ 好鮮、好嫩、好多汁啊!!!

簡單沾點玫瑰鹽就美味到讓人想要尖叫啦~~~野生明蝦與季節時蔬

我想這隻鮮甜的蝦子應該有上健身房~~~ 口感十分Q脆!!!歐伊細~~~絲瓜蛤蠣盅

絲瓜+蛤蠣,蹦出的鮮甜味~~~ 相信不必加以贅述大家都能夠想像~~~ 呼搭啦! 香煎比內土雞

附上香酥蒜片,搭配食用加倍美味!而且完食之後毫無任何口氣不芳香的困擾... 神奇!Prime沙朗牛排

哇!是一人一片嗎~~~ 好闊氣~~~ 好嗨森~~~

結果... 怎麼就這幾片!!!???

一邊傷心一邊陸續把肉往嘴裡塞~~~ 原來傷心的淚水馬上轉化成為感動的淚水~~~ 怎麼會好吃成這樣啊~~~ 救人啊~~~

五分熟!熟得好、熟得妙、熟得呱呱叫~~~ Prime沙朗剝皮辣椒牛肉條

這道個人覺得蠻特別的~牛肉條捲著剝皮辣椒,沒有擔心的過辣、反倒層次多一味~~~ 也是歐伊細~~~

(師傅貼心提醒,剝皮辣椒本身就有鹹了,別再沾玫瑰鹽了噢~~~)主廚特製鐵板炒飯

這一道,如果我沒記錯的話,它是師傅烹煮時間最長、最費時的一道~~~

也因為這樣的用心,炒的粒粒分明~~~ 超級超級好吃的~~~

(師傅,為什麼不是用碗公裝給我~~~ 我好想再來好幾碗!!!)主廚特製甜點:虎皮香蕉捲(其實少年癡呆的Even早已忘記這一道甜點的名諱了~ 立馬自己掰!)

虎皮包覆著新鮮香蕉,吃得到蛋香、香蕉香~ 很不醋喔!

沒想到

竟然還有這一道更厲害的~~~ (托同事提前離場的福,讓Even吃了2道甜點~~~ 剛溫ㄟ~~~)主廚特製甜點:溶岩巧克力

輕輕劃開~

溶岩了~

不到2秒的時間,根本就是火山爆發啦~~~

這ㄧ道甜點真是為今天這一餐劃下超級完美的句點。
