從花蓮回到台北車站食飯，外父選好了他要的食物之後，我就順著小兒的意思，食個麵。而我，就被這一家《台南擔仔麵》。後來看了店名上面的小字，才知道這店的全名叫《洪十一台南擔仔麵》。我同仔仔因為在火車上分享了一個便當，所以我們二人就輕輕地再分享多一個擔仔麵。此擔仔麵，有小小的一堆炸醬，有一隻很香口的鹵蛋，陽春麵麵條也夠彈牙，口感很不錯。不過，若是湯底濃香一點，我會更喜歡。簡單的街頭麵食，很台灣的風味，不過，要食這些東西，要是坐在路邊吃才會爽。 continue reading
