照片記錄：白菜獅子頭麵190、滷大腸120、椒麻四季豆50。獅子頭麵要求麵硬，果然此麵有緊緻度、不帶過多水份，醬汁甘醇濃淡適宜，正是我要的樣貌，缺點是~~份量太少，四五口就沒了，意猶未盡陷入惆悵...😔白菜湯甜美，獅子頭調味肉味皆輕，鬆細口感距離我自己的理想型還差一些，但輕鬆點個麵食能吃到這樣的獅子頭也不錯了，滷大腸很好、乾淨入味，椒麻四季豆原來是熱菜啊？上桌還著冒著煙，椒麻感輕柔，肉末搭著好吃。😊 continue reading
