這店是新加坡米其林一星店，在曼谷和台北我都見過它的分店。點了一個套餐，包括：油雞撈麵：油雞味道可以，不過有點偏甜，撈麵麵質爽口彈牙，好吃，不過份量太少。雞汁油菜：可能因為加了繼續，所以味道不錯。冬瓜湯：清清的，沒什麼特別。曾在台灣、星加坡、馬來西亞等地吃過燒味，似乎還是香港的燒味更勝一籌。這店在美食廣場內，這美食廣場的環境算是不錯，座位多，給人乾淨衛生的感覺。這店採用的是自助形式，服務就是一般啦。 continue reading

生意火爆，但不值得排队太久

101这家应该是新店，生意有点火爆，排队人很多。我也凑热闹点了一份油鸡饭套餐。整体味道不错，鸡肉嫩的程度恰到好处，但吃多也会腻。淋在饭上面的汁会有点腻，建议可以改进。 continue reading
