宜蘭出走的第四天,我們回到了台北。早上從頭城的民宿出發,沿途要穿過四條隧道,其中一條最長的雪山隧道,全長12.9公里,走完需要10分鐘。還記得抵台的第一天,從台北進入宜蘭,包車師傅對我們唸起《雪國》的開首來,那時的確有種「穿過縣界長長的隧道,便是雪國」的期待感。很慶幸回程當天沒塞車,一小時多一點便到達台北。早前八月來台灣的時候,無緣去高建桶店,今次離開前無論如何都要去迪化街那邊逛逛。在這之前,先去醫肚。午餐選在長春路的雞家莊,四月對這個地方有種特殊的情感。早幾年從事電子工作,很多時候都要到台北和台中出差,當時嚐到第一間比較正式的台灣料理便是雞家莊,事隔幾年再訪,很想知道當初令我悸動的雞味是否如初。準時12:00到達,我們被安排在樓下的偏廳。老店的裝潢既傳統又簡單,店內清一色用木製傢俱,似乎無論是掛牆的照片還是裝飾擺設都離不開雞,非常貫徹「雞家莊」這個店號。店內弄燒味的廚房就在入口處,各種顏色的雞隻被整齊的吊起來,那情境跟港式燒味很相像。在香港,活雞難求,所以離開香港後最想吃到的就是新鮮雞。來到雞家莊,有幾道菜四月是例牌必吃的,其中一道便是眼前的三味雞。它有大小兩款size選擇,如果兩三
