湯頭相當的清甜,煮滾後將溫體牛肉涮一下燙熟就可以品嚐溫體牛肉片,薄片的溫體牛肉紅色色澤就是溫體標籤,就是要新鮮吃才會嫩與鮮甜,這樣的滋味跳脫吃牛排不同的嫩度與鮮味。

熱炒店最基本款式,也可以看到店家的火候掌握與牛肉的新鮮度,蔥爆的香氣搭配鮮嫩牛肉,入口很嫩很滑溜,口感方面鹹味適中不會過於死鹹,而且很適合下酒菜與搭配白飯。

牛肉的份量不少,不過搭配細的麵條卻有點無法吃出牛肉的霸氣口感,搭配寬麵條似乎會更好一些。

很難得可以吃到麻油炒牛肉,麻油的香氣搭配牛肉的薄嫩口感,一吃就很有幸福感,而且身體就會溫熱起來,很適合冬天、雨天、天氣變冷品嚐的一道良伴。
