剛剛新入選必比登的台中新派台菜食肆,趕先網上訂了午餐。店位於逢甲夜市附近,但門口有點難找,在「韓石館」左手邊有一條捷徑。但正門好像是另外一邊,可從至善路153港或西屯路二段293港進去,(至善路113港不通!)當然兩邊門口是互通的,拍照的話,不用再兜過去。隔鄰有收費停車場。店裡以日式吧枱,開放式廚房,大約12-14位,另一張3位小圓桌,二樓沒有開放。基本上不預約不行。座位還可以,但沒有地方或籃子放東西。原本想試鹽焗玉米雞腿$250,但已售馨,改了油封磨菇盅。等了6-8分鐘,餸菜開始送上。油封磨菇盅$120磨菇裝在法式蝸牛盤上,濃濃蒜蓉蔥花加油香,咬下去又滲出磨菇香甜爽嫩,在口中慢慢混合一起,從濃到清,磨菇味不但沒有被蓋過,反而更顯菇香。醬冬瓜魯肉飯+半熟玉子$80飯可免費加大,小小的三層肉,嫩嫩又入口即溶,加上半熟蛋汁,香滑軟腍,豬膏配上飯香,美味可口。(註:可試將油封磨菇盅剩下的醬油加上,別有一番風味。)金門老譚58高梁酒香腸$90味道口感有點似潤腸,但有高梁酒香,皮衣煙靭。
