來到淡水，又是按旅遊書的指示到馳名的《阿婆鐵蛋》買回香港作手禮。買之前，當然要試食啦，這兒的鐵蛋有分新鮮及包裝兩隻。新鮮，沒有真空包裝，質感就不會太韌。細的鐵蛋其實比大鐵蛋好食，蛋黃亦比較香，亦比較硬，我喜歡用來放湯麵，口感甚佳。食過好食，那樣就買幾包，回香港食，而且可以保好耐，可以慢慢慢慢吃。 continue reading
