最近開始喜歡吃豬腳,常常到我家後面的便當店,向老闆買滷的軟嫩的蹄膀飯回家看到許多部落客都很推薦七哥料理,也有機會獲得番茄豚足料理就來介紹給大家吧左邊這盒是推冰後就可以切盤食用,右邊需要加熱後才能食用番茄豚足採用豬前腳與番茄、冰糖、醬油等調味過加熱方式可以隔水加熱、瓦斯加熱、電鍋加熱冷凍真空包裝,豬腳重達600g倒入鍋中可以看到細碎的番茄果肉豬腳還連著骨頭的加熱方式我選擇外鍋加了兩杯水放到電鍋蒸外包裝就又註明是有加入番茄醬的,但打開鍋蓋就是這麼美湯頭就一整個都是番茄精華,整鍋湯頭濃稠,番茄紅,很香單喝我就覺得相當好喝,拿來淋在飯上或是做燴飯都很棒豬腳上的毛整理得很乾淨,豬腳非常軟,筷子一夾就斷只要用舌尖輕輕一頂,肥肉的部份就化開了當晚我先淋在飯上,小朋友輕鬆鬆就把晚餐2杯米的飯量吃完了@@這一大鍋一定是吃不完,放到冰箱冷藏整鍋都結成凍狀,滿滿的膠質阿我靈機一動,加入些許高湯、菇類與青菜,延伸做成番茄豬腳麵小朋友超喜歡喝湯的,也把麵都吃完對阿木我來說.這樣準備餐點快速方便冷盤的番茄豚足收到也是冷凍包裝,解凍退冰後就可以切片擺盤上桌了這真的很大一份,也很重,外包裝說重量達1200g放這砧板上

這一大鍋一定是吃不完,放到冰箱冷藏

切好後等我晚餐煮好已經放了一會,豬腳又更接近常溫

喔喔喔~~非常地軟嫩,不管是肥肉還是瘦肉的部份,根本是入口即化

滷汁也不會太鹹,配飯剛剛好

軟嫩的程度,給一歲的翔翔吃是沒問題的,家裡有牙口不好的長輩應該也可以吃

份量超大,可能要"認真"吃兩天才吃得完
