由於媽媽愛吃素食，到台灣旅遊都盡量跟她找素食店。今次經過話家cafe﹐標明是素食，正好她亦未試過西式素食餐廳，就試試看。餐廳環境很有園林感，還有可愛的壁畫，很有心思。推介迷迭野菇香醬麵加烤焗! 雖然是名稱簡單的意粉，但也做得用心。餐廳用的焗盤顏色醒神，都是鮮艷的顏色，已經令人增進食慾。 加了烤焗，即有拉絲芝士在意粉之上，更能提升白醬的味道。意粉是滿有香氣的迷迭香味，正是我喜愛的味道。店內有免費的凍飲：洛神花茶及檸水。 continue reading
