初魚鐵板燒人氣一直很夯,我們這次有先提前一個月訂位 (本文為妹妹食記)▲門口走簡約風,看起來頗為舒心 ▲醃蘿蔔酸甜脆口,吃完可以再續 ▲忘記這道是甚麼了,新鮮味美因為是無菜單料理,只知道好不好吃哈哈 ▲現場料理活鮑魚 ▲鮑魚上面鋪的是梅子凍因為鮑魚很新鮮,單吃就美味加梅子凍我反而沒有很喜歡 ▲這道下面是配芋泥餅,上面是海鮮,味道也不錯 ▲魚肉口感鮮嫩,廚師說是生食級的 ▲煎廣島牡蠣,好大一顆 ▲牡蠣上面鋪的那片印象中是昆布 ▲牛肉壽喜燒,這個配飯一定很棒,牛肉很嫩而且壽喜醬汁的味道也剛剛好 ▲和牛、伊比利豬 ▲和牛好吃,煎的焦香 ▲洋蔥煎蠻久的因為旁邊有泡芙,一開始以為是甜點 ▲後來發現泡芙其實是要做料理,不是甜點,哈哈 ▲這樣的組合滋味也蠻搭的 ▲味噌湯 ▲炒飯就比較普通,口味偏淡,香氣沒有炒出來 ▲雖然抹茶味道淡了點,但配上帶著酸甜味的甜點挺合適的 初魚每人1600元加上10%服務費個人覺得還不錯吃,食材蠻新鮮的用餐時間請依官網訂位為主喔!
