外帶一份關西臭豆腐,是過年從南部回來會做的事。因為妹妹喜歡吃她的泡菜。我則喜歡她的臭豆腐(好吃)。每個媽媽都有自己的泡菜秘方,一百個媽媽就有一百種不同的泡菜滋味。而她的泡菜是屬於酸香有味的,高麗菜、胡蘿蔔,兩個加起來,成為佐臭豆腐最佳良伴。臭豆腐先炸過一回,起鍋再次入油鍋炸得皮酥,內軟,雙面金黃,重點是不膩!還有個祕訣,老闆娘加了蒜泥醬。真的是超好吃,不油膩,爽口極了。
