蔥抓餅是個平價又快速出餐的中式料理,但是要弄得好吃也不容易,常常不是餅皮沒咬勁不然就是過油or過乾難以下嚥....但是這家位在湖口菜市場便利商店邊的小攤可是大家口耳相傳的好味道每次點餐就可以看到老闆娘快速地揮動他的鍋鏟,咻咻咻一下就煎好了好幾塊,醬料也都在吧檯前,要加辣說一生即可!這裡的特色就是抓餅煎得酥脆又層次分明!上面又有蔥花香,加蛋反而會蓋過香味失去了麵皮香,建議大家點原味吃看看! continue reading
