這家日式料理幾乎不開放訂位,每到用餐時間真的是一位難求今天選用300套餐,另收10%服務費,就是330套餐第一道來的生魚片很有誠意,超厚切,又新鮮,吃起來很過癮茶碗蒸也很軟嫩,裡面有小雞肉塊跟蚵礪鹽烤鮭魚肚火侯烤的不錯,只是這部位是鮭魚肚,所以有點油日式料理必出現的日式炸豆腐,外酥內軟很好吃鮮蝦手卷味道很親新,配苜蓿芽很爽脆這個綜合壽司就比較一般麻油松阪豬肉質很Q,麻油很香最後的味增魚湯為這次用餐畫下完美句點,湯裡滿滿的魚肉阿平價又好吃,推薦大家試試看 continue reading
