十幾年前朋友帶我回他的家郷埔里途中,午餐是一間非常有特色的地方,食的是獨沽一味,甕窯雞,食過番尋味,印象深刻,心癢癢有機會一定要再食。今次來到礁溪,聼講甕窯雞都好出名,於是乎上綱找了一間人氣食店。門前一個個甕缸,一隻隻的雞放入內燒,遠處都嗅到香氣。一場來到,每兩人一隻不會太過份吧!首先將它拆肉,最痛快不過於拿著雞脾大啖大啖的咬落去,不得了,那肉汁爆發出來,雞皮脆卜卜,雞肉嫩滑,好滋味啊!一定要食啊!
