本就打算在花蓮行程裡安排一頓海鮮大餐。這天中午剛巧在市區出沒,便和老大就近來到情報上的竹陽餐廳。店內用餐的似以團客為主,單獨前來的客人為少數。抄得幾樣推薦品,但有些如牛蛙湯並不是很想試,所以做了斟酌。菜餚皆不清楚單價,總價為一千五百元。紅燒魚蛋是初次嚐得的魚蛋料理方式,以前多半是吃涼拌款。魚蛋似有先炸過,外微有硬度,內裡鬆軟帶香,加上夠味的醬汁,很適合下飯。炒海瓜子中規中矩,炒得火候一般,私心偏好香辛料的爆香程度再多些。炒山蘇爽脆但稍油,未至礙口程度。烤赤「魚宗」個人很喜歡,肉質紮實而鮮,單食不佐椒鹽都可。然而老大偏好軟嫩魚肉,這魚款就非其所好。烤明蝦同樣亮眼,入口後滿嘴彈鮮,蝦殼的特有香味也被碳火逼出,令人回味無窮。(吃了幾片才想到拍 Orz)餐後有招待水果,西瓜品質尚可。整體而言,竹陽的料理卻未到驚豔程度,但大抵讓人喜歡。至於抄得的牛蛙蛤蜊湯、夏戀曼波和清蒸剝皮魚是何般滋味,就有待大家親自去探險了。 continue reading
