原味佛跳牆(附滷肉飯)$70這裡的滷肉飯都是肥肉，個人覺得不錯吃!並不會有油膩感，而且滷汁非常的鹹香讓人很容易就扒光整碗飯。原味佛跳牆，料有白菜，魯排骨酥，芋頭，蛤蜊，一顆鳥蛋，少量的筍絲，香菇，金針菇以及一片紅蘿蔔...白菜與芋頭燉到入味，軟爛2顆不大的蛤蜊，增加鮮味3塊魯排骨酥，外層粉不會太厚，肉軟嫩適中肉本身就有調味過，吃起來鹹甜鹹甜的芋頭也是燉到軟爛好吃，湯頭算是重點，湯結合了多樣食材一起燉煮湯頭鮮美好喝! continue reading
