這家店有烤山雞掛在店面，然而我則普普通通地點了飛魚卵香腸（$40）。老闆娘解釋他們的香腸真材實料沒有加粉，必須趁着熱吃，否則會變硬。我遵循吩咐立即吃。真的如她所說，口感不一樣，他們的香腸不鬆軟，肉質較質，很特顯「肉」的感覺，值得一試。 continue reading
