特調乾麵$35，麵有點偏乾，味道微辣，上面加了不少的蔥提香。旗魚花枝丸湯$25，湯內加了許多海帶芽視覺上感覺很豐富，湯頭也很鮮甜，湯內有3顆旗魚花枝丸，丸子紮實有嚼勁，每口都吃的到花枝塊，味道鮮美!

酸辣湯餃~酸辣湯的湯料豐富，有筍絲、紅蘿蔔絲、黑木耳絲、瘦肉絲、豆腐…酸辣湯酸味夠，帶點微辣，勾芡也剛剛好，不會很稠，個人吃過好幾次，品質管制的不錯酸辣湯餃搭配的是八方雲集的招牌水餃，附有8顆每一顆都很飽滿，餡料多，餡料是鮮蔬加豬肉，入口吃的到蔬菜的脆以及豬肉香，又多汁，好吃!
