這次來到能品嚐到日本A5和牛和北海道帝王蟹的餐廳,我們選了神戶之宴方案,每位twd1999,另需加10%服務費,有超過81款食材選擇,款式衆多而且食材新鮮,所有肉類、海鮮、火鍋配料和時蔬都能吃得到!火鍋是鴛鴦鍋,可自選兩款湯底,我們各選了一款。其中一款是壹O叄蝦皇,來自新加坡奶奶的橘紅色獨門湯底,富濃郁鮮蝦味中帶點微微辛香;牛蒡湯底則較清淡,滋補養顏。.🔸北海道帝王蟹帝王蟹的肉質有淡淡的甜味,口感綿密,放進嘴裡每一口都是蟹肉,讓人吃得很過癮。.🔸牛肉類這次我們都是點牛肉為主,在這裡能一次過品嚐多款牛肉,每片牛肉的雪花紋也很漂亮,油脂豐富而且牛肉味濃郁。我特別喜歡日本A5和牛肋眼、日本A5和牛霜降、美國特選無骨牛小排和極上澳洲和牛。日本A5和牛肋眼,口感滑嫩飽滿,油脂四溢日本A5和牛霜降,肉質柔軟,油脂豐富美國特選無骨牛小排,口感較扎實,略帶淡淡的肉香極上澳洲和牛的肉質較軟嫩,富濃郁肉香!各款牛肉吃起來都不油膩又帶油脂與牛肉香。.🔸宜蘭胭脂蝦外表鮮紅的胭脂蝦讓人印象深刻,沒想到蝦膏與蝦肉會這麼鮮甜脆嫩。🔸日本生吃干貝干貝超級大顆,味道鮮甜。🔸播磨生蠔和北海道帆立貝已剝殼的生蠔和帆立貝只能用鮮甜來形容,絲毫沒有腥味。🔸紅條石斑帶魚皮的厚切石斑肉質細緻嫩滑,除了來吃肉類與貝類外,也不能錯過魚類。.🔸波士頓龍蝦新鮮的龍蝦肉富彈性,不用沾醬便已鮮味十足。除了龍蝦身外,把龍蝦頭放進火鍋裡煮約10分鍾,等生蝦卵從墨綠色轉成紅色後便能吃了。滿滿的蝦膏和蝦卵,讓人吃得很滿足。.餐廳的環境舒適,提供多款火鍋醬料,也有自助吧無限供應,很適合跟朋友或家人聚餐。.餐廳活動來店好禮:🔸當日壽星贈送活體波士頓龍蝦一隻🔸當月壽星贈送松葉蟹一份.店鋪資訊《梨花A5和牛放題》IG:@rinkawagyu高雄市左營區安吉街468號營業時間:11am - 11pm (平日及假日)備註:用餐時間為120分鐘 (最後入場9:30pm)訂位:075506811…Read More
