在一級戰區的信義華納威秀裡,餐廳多到手指頭都無法數出來,不管美式、中式、日式或是泰式料理,應有盡有,到熱炒店來說,「小川」肯定是第一家!而且好處是...半夜3點前都吃得到。「小川」店內的風格採原木裝潢,採用微暗的燈光打造氣氛,看似日本風,又好像不是那麼回事,對「小川」的第一印象是:這樣的店..應該是賣氣氛的吧! 沒想到接下來一連串的驚人料理,完全打破這個觀點。店內菜單以台式古早味菜系和川菜料理為主,所幸交錯的點,一次吃出不一樣的口味吧!「涼拌小黃瓜」片片不斷的刀工真是了得,黃瓜完全保持脆度,但覺得偏鹹,如果再調整鹹度會更好。因為個人口味偏重,所以在點這道「涼拌土豆絲」時有特別請廚房加辣和酸,果然不負眾望,完全到位!土豆絲也脆脆,不會帶粉粉的口感,已經開胃了...「湖南蛋」上桌,真的白飯也快扒完了,這裡的「湖南蛋」真是太驚人了!不僅不會煸的過油,帶點辣的滋味,但又不會不好入口,真是太下飯囉~「肥腸臭豆腐」的肥腸軟嫩滑順,更重要的是完全入味,而臭豆腐當然也不再話下,如果臭豆腐能更大塊,相信更能吸入飽飽的湯汁。店家一直強烈推薦「川香擔擔麵」,也是一道驚人之作,麵條裡包覆著麻香的醬汁,不辣但就是舌頭有麻麻的感覺,非常舒服,小小一碗也剛剛好。「三杯淡菜」第一次吃到淡菜用三杯口味烹調,直覺該來杯啤酒了!「老皮嫩肉」算是川菜的經典料理,不再來兩碗飯真的太對不起廚師了,也太嫩了啦~「酥炸肥蚵」最怕的就是蚵的不夠新鮮,會帶出臭腥味,想當然爾,這鮮蚵除了又大又肥外,新鮮度更是滿分。涼菜的「花椒油拌秋葵」處理的酸酸辣辣,算是少見的處理法,許多餐廳都以醬油膏佐整條秋葵,而這裡的處理法是切塊後,再以酸辣來調味,相當特別,真的太喜歡了!「青花椒魚片」肯定是強打主打星!湯頭依樣戴上一點花椒的麻香,真是太過癮的滋味,魚肉也新鮮軟嫩,把一點白飯加進去變泡飯,真是冬日的好夥伴。「小川」真是一家太適合女孩們一同前往的餐廳,料理好,份量也剛好,可以一次點很多菜滿足味蕾!本以為信義區的餐廳應該都是年輕人前往居多,但在這個星期六的夜晚,竟然看到好幾對年紀稍大的夫妻檔在「小川」用餐,這只代表一件事,就是「小川」的料理肯定是夠好,才能吸引長輩群前往,大家下次來華納威秀這裡時,一定要找時間來用餐,肯定不會讓大家失望。 …Read More
